Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role located in Manila, Philippines for a Lead Network Engineer. The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for overseeing network administration, designing and implementing network solutions, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring network security. The role involves working directly with customers on-site to design networks, provision network devices for installation, optimizing network performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Network Engineering and Network Design skills
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Network Security
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience provisioning network devices, such as switches, routers and WiFi access points.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
