Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
