Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
