We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our hiring needs.

  • Design and update job descriptions aligned with business requirements.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applications and ensure smooth hiring workflows.
  • Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
