Our company, Majestic Packaging Products Corp. (an integrated printing company that can serve all printing requirements) is in need of enthusiastic and productive professionals to join our organization. HR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANTJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/BS Psychology or Behavioral Science or any other related or Business CourseExperience: With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment especially on agency managementJOB PURPOSE:Ensures acquisition, retention and pooling of highly qualified and motivated employees by conceptualizing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Executes the end-to-end recruitment process:Verifies all the received Personnel Requisition Form based on the current approved manpower chart, and approves criteria for the vacant position;Searches for potential applicants through various sources such as online portals, internal referral, job fairs, and accredited manpower agencies;Pre-screens and assesses applicants' competence through initial interview and examination;Schedules (final) interview with the respective Line Heads and Managers;Processes the employment requirements of the applicant.

Prepares, organizes, and maintains a variety of HR records, most particularly 201 files, and ensures proper storage, organization, and retrieval of employee records and files. Close coordination with the Agency Coordinators to fill in the vacancies through providing proper instructions and guidelines.
