Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional Recruiter to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines. They must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and be self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

The successful candidate will source candidates through their own sourcing resources and tools, manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement, and collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles
  • Manage job orders and submit candidates through MSP and VMS platforms
  • Utilize personal sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or on weekends
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
