This role entails coordinating and managing the entire candidate selection process, spanning from campus outreach to final offers.
You will leverage your relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.
- Managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
- Managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
- Keeping stakeholders updated on relevant processes
- Managing day-to-day queries and escalating where necessary
- Effective English business communication, written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
