Customer Support Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Self-driven and motivated individual
