Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
