At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers via phone, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues on the first call.
  • Research and retrieve information from various systems to support customer needs, maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and processes.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions, adhering to established scripts, policies, and procedures while leveraging available resources.

We're looking for an individual with strong communication skills, who is proficient in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a call center environment and work-from-home experience are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous call center experience is mandatory.
  • Work-from-home experience is necessary.
  • Strong command of the English language is crucial.
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute is required.
  • A high-speed internet connection is a must.
  • BASIC PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT) IS EXPECTED.
