Job Description

This role involves coordinating and managing various tasks to support the workplace experience team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Food Order Coordination: Oversee daily food orders, communicate with vendors, and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Locker Management: Assign lockers, maintain accurate records, and track usage. Ensure lockers are in good condition and report maintenance needs.
  • Pedestal Assignment: Manage pedestal assignments, keep precise records, and address related concerns.
  • Work Permit Processing: Process work permits, ensure documentation is completed, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels, issue supplies as needed, and reorder to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ticket Monitoring: Track tickets, ensure timely resolution, and communicate updates. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with office management, support initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or analyst role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
