Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect payments, make change, and balance the cash register.
  • Operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals efficiently.
  • Generate reports for credit and debit sales, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Accept payments, verify prices and quantities, and provide receipts to customers.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds in a timely manner, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any 4-year course.
  • Sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
