We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Operations Specialist to join our organization.
This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing dealership business performance, evaluating compliance with industry standards, and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations.
The successful candidate will be a domain expert in aftersales business, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to drive growth and profitability.
- Evaluate dealer compliance with industry standards and ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify operational inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Monitoring and analyzing service appointments, parts sales, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Evaluating dealer compliance with Toyota standards, service policies, and operating guidelines.
- Conducting regular aftersales assessments and audits through field visits and remote reviews.
- Identifying performance gaps in service quality, parts availability, technician productivity, and customer handling.
- Overseeing daily aftersales operations of assigned dealers, optimizing workflow, resource allocation, and service bay utilization.
- Coaching and assisting dealer service and parts staff, providing training and support to help meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Our Perfect Match
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management, be analytical, process-driven, and capable of identifying areas for business improvement.
They should also be able to foster strong relationships with dealers while enforcing compliance with operational standards, prioritize tasks effectively, and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
