About the role
As a Depot Coordinator at FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.', you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our fuel depot in Pasacao Camarines Sur. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the efficient and safe movement of fuel products, ensuring our customers receive seamless service. Your expertise in warehousing and distribution will be instrumental in supporting the overall objectives of our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of fuel products at the depot
- Managing inventory levels and optimising storage capacity to meet customer demand
- Coordinating the loading and unloading of fuel trucks, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records of all depot activities and providing detailed reports
- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Supervising and training a team of depot staff to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to address customer needs and optimise distribution
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar depot or warehouse management role
- Strong knowledge of fuel storage and distribution processes, as well as relevant regulations
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to manage complex operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
