IT Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware and software systems.
  • Virtual Machine Management: Manage virtual machines and system imaging to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Operating System Support: Assist users with issues related to IOS and Android operating systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of virtual machines, imaging, and HW/SW troubleshooting.
  • Education: College graduates or fresh graduates welcome; willingness to be trained is essential.
