
Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and develop knowledge of common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer's experience by utilizing our service techniques and systems, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels, ensuring timely resolution
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on communication skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication abilities, with the capacity to type swiftly and accurately
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Capacity to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
