- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Interact with customers via email, phone, or chat support to address their concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing roles (email, phone, or chat support).
- Previous experience supporting software as a service (SaaS) products is an asset.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
- Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
