Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in designing and executing our go-to-market engine.

This hybrid role combines technical expertise in sales automation with strategic sales planning to accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth, partnering with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies, and managing and optimizing platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
  • Define and optimize ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target segments.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
  • Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market roles.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise with Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM management.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline from multiple sources.
