Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive growth in pharmacy services for North American clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, pharmacy consultants, and PBM partners, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Program Management: Oversee the management of PBM programs for North American clients, including design strategy, cost-saving solutions, and benchmarking studies.
- Meeting Leadership: Lead meetings with cross-functional teams, track follow-up items, and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Educational Background: Associate or Bachelor's degree; relevant experience is acceptable.
- Experience: 2-5 years in US Healthcare, preferably with a pharmacy or PBM background.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Candidate Requirements: Experience working directly with US clients or stakeholders, project management experience preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
