About Your Role

This position involves providing hands-on technical support, feature explanations, and best practices guidance for our product. The technical support environment prioritizes quick responses to customers, partners, and colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.

Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain productivity.

Test computer components to ensure system functionality.

Design and implement networks.

Consult with users on hardware and software needs.

Maximize computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.

Test program compatibility.

Gather data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options.

Evaluate vendor-supplied software.

Install necessary software and applications.

Train users on new software.

Maintain system capability.

Perform software, network, and database performance tuning.

Document hardware and software updates.

Stay up-to-date on technical advancements.

Prepare reference material for users.

Support team members to ensure program success.
