Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Client Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local partners.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
Requirements:
  • Must have client acquisitions experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
