Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our innovative team.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of digital advertising and e-commerce operations. You will play a key role in launching a diverse range of products, from consumer electronics to specialized tools, targeting both B2C and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
DTC Operations:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Future Growth:
  • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a diverse range of product categories is a plus.
