Web Operations Manager Position Overview

This role is about overseeing digital operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality digital assets on time and to spec. We are looking for a leader who can blend operational discipline with people leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing remote teams, working in high-volume environments, and handling QA and website delivery processes.

They should be proficient in WordPress, Figma, and other digital production tools. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to enforce deadlines and elevate team performance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
