Job Summary

The Digital Operations Manager will lead a team spanning web support, quality assurance, and design. This role involves managing delivery from end to end: ensuring client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest standard of quality.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure every project runs smoothly. They will work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and keep quality high while moving at the pace our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency by analyzing team performance and project data.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to set clear expectations, manage workloads, and foster accountability.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  • Contribute to Olly's culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Standardize processes to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
