About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Account Manager role at BestOption Management Consultants Inc' is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue, growth and retention goals for assigned accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing their needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate the delivery of products and services that meet client requirements
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular updates to management on account performance, challenges and new opportunities
  • Support the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client relationship role, preferably in the sales/account & relationship management industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to track and manage client information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
