Join Staff4Me as an Accounting Manager where you will play a vital role in orchestrating our financial operations. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial processing and reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting activities, preparing timely financial reports, and enhancing existing accounting processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations while maintaining accurate books and records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with all financial obligations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on managerial roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
