We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager based in the Philippines to lead our growing finance operations. In this role, you will manage a team of six and oversee full-cycle accounting functions across both our Philippine and U.S. entities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 accountants and accounting clerks.
  • Oversee core accounting functions: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Invoicing, Cash Receipts, and International Payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Manage compliance with state and local U.S. tax requirements, and support U.S. tax filings.
  • Oversee tax compliance, bookkeeping, and audit processes for the Philippine legal entity.
  • Collaborate with U.S. finance leadership to ensure alignment with global accounting standards and reporting practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal accounting processes and controls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of both U.S. GAAP and Philippine tax/audit regulations.
  • Experience in international payments and multi-entity accounting operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with international teams and across time zones.
