Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)

Schedule: 8-hour day shift

Allowance: Php / day

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in checking and validating loan documents before forwarding them for client signatures.
  • Support in the preparation of various documents such as Promissory Notes, Disclosure Statements, Deeds of Assignments, LTO undertakings, Affidavits, and other partner requirements.
  • Help coordinate and monitor document deficiencies, including making follow-ups with concerned parties.
  • Help in the pre-screening of client applications.
  • Provide general administrative support to Auto-Finance team members as needed.

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to the end-to-end process of auto-financing.
  • Practical experience in document handling, encoding, and administrative procedures.
