Problem Solver and Customer Experience Expert

You will excel in connecting with customers, exceeding their expectations with your guidance, knowledge, and passion for technology.

As a problem solver, you will figure out how technology works when things go wrong, and multitask across systems and applications.

Complex technical issues will be analyzed, isolated, and resolved comfortably in a technical environment.

Engaging customers, explaining step-by-step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual, provides an incredible customer experience.

Key Skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication (C1 level)
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting customers via email, chat, and other channels
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
  • Ability to tailor communication and style to different audiences
  • Self-management and work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Organized and detail-oriented, recognizing patterns
  • Thrives in teams sharing expertise and welcoming feedback
  • Driven by solutions and satisfaction, able to discern compensation
Desirable but Not Mandatory
  • Knowledge of Office 360 suite
  • Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk
  • Meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers
  • Interest in ecommerce with previous experience leading clients
