
Remote M365 Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a remote Senior Technical Analyst/M365 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, working efficiently under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide proactive patching services, risk assessment, scheduling, and customer change management procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis, escalations, and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
