About the RoleThe Support Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across departments. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, preparing meeting materials, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and facilitating information flow between executives and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Communicate with clients, partners, and collaborators, conducting outreach and follow-ups when necessary.
- Facilitate information flow between executives and internal teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to represent executives effectively.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
