Executive & Project Management Assistant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and project management teams.
This is a remote role that requires the ability to work US hours. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Management Assistant, preferably in an agency/startup environment.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling with proactive conflict resolution, handling personal errands, research vendors/services, and coordinating lifestyle needs.
They must also screen and manage communications (email, Slack, phone), ensuring timely responses, organize complex meetings (virtual/in-person), prepare agendas, gather materials, and capture minutes.
The executive assistant will act as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, providing regular updates, asking clarifying questions, and ensuring smooth handoffs.
Must-have qualifications include experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines, as well as a proven track record of success in project management and executive support.
