Clinical Support and Patient Experience Specialist

The Role:
We seek a Clinical Support and Patient Experience Specialist, trained as an MD, to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Provide exceptional support via Zendesk, chat, and phone consultations with empathy and professionalism.
- Technical Mastery: Master tools like Zendesk and internal CRMs to respond to patient inquiries quickly and accurately, leveraging your analytical skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to identify and implement technical solutions that improve patient support processes, fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing support workflows and overall patient satisfaction, utilizing data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: MD or equivalent medical qualification, with a strong foundation in customer-facing roles within mental health, immunology, or cardiovascular disease.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering excellent patient outcomes.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret medical research and complex patient needs, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication: Fluency in English, with the ability to adapt your communication style to accommodate diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt work hours to accommodate patient needs, with a flexible mindset.
- Licensing: Registered and licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, including benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
