About the Role- This Sales Admin Officer position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
- Quote Preparation: Interpret price lists and use CRM templates to send accurate quotes via email.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including managing messages and comments.
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls once quoting has been mastered.
- General Administration: Assist with other administrative duties as required to support business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or similar role.
- Excellent written English skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role.
