Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Monitoring & Control: Supervise daily operational quality checks to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and inefficiencies in quality workflows. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production/operations managers, quality auditors, and cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives with business objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Prepare regular reports for management on quality KPIs, trends, and improvements.
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Support the training of staff in quality procedures and standards. Contribute to the design and deployment of new tools, processes, and best practices to strengthen the company's quality culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree in engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to tackle new challenges.
