We're seeking an Operations and Administration Team Member to join our team in Manila. This exciting role involves providing exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers by delivering high-quality administration services.

The Position:

You'll work closely with our Australian-based teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the Financial Planning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Financial Advisors and Client Service Managers to deliver administration services, including:
    • Updating client records in Xplan
    • Preparing documents, such as client review packs
    • Conducting third-party research
    • Processing advice documents and implementing strategies
    • Completing quality checks on files post-implementation
  • Manage task allocation within Xplan and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide prompt responses to requests and queries from our valued Advisors and/or CSMs.
  • Organize files, correspondence, and documentation in Xplan.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Xplan is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
