The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, with expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot complex IT issues, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and proactive monitoring of systems to prevent potential problems.
  • Monitoring and Management of System Alerts: Identify and address potential issues before they escalate, using IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Communication with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, clearly conveying technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document processes and procedures, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations.
  • Able to work on site: MDC, Eastwood Quezon City - Day shift.
