Job Details

This role is focused on providing exceptional administrative support to the Commercial teams globally. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for Global Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Back-Office Support: Deliver exceptional back-office support to the Commercial teams globally, ensuring timely delivery of accurate reports to customers worldwide.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the manager and members of the Commercial Operations team based in EMEA and the UK to achieve shared goals.
  • Process Improvement: Guide proactive initiatives to deliver consistent and exceptional levels of back-office and customer support.
  • Efficiency: Ensure an efficient approach to work with a focus on detail and data accuracy, turning around incoming requests quickly.
Requirements
  • Customer Service or Administrative Experience: Possess some experience in customer service, administration, or commerce, preferably with exposure to high-volume process tasks.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM and Zendesk Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM and Zendesk is essential.
  • Data Analysis: Be very comfortable working with data and possess analytical thinking skills.
  • Excel Analyze Experience: Advantageous to have experience with Excel analysis.
  • Hybrid Setup: Amenable to working in either UK or US hours on a hybrid setup.
