Customer Service Representative Wanted

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone. This involves providing professional and friendly responses to inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle complaints and issues professionally and empathetically
  • Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and spoken English communication skills, as well as at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias. You should also be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once, while being empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
