Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails and chats, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer software and hardware, including CRM systems and other productivity tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish language proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using computer software and hardware
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
