Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Job Overview: TalentPop is seeking a thoughtful and friendly customer support representative to work in a fully remote environment. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for building trust with every interaction by providing fast, accurate, and professional support via chat, email, or phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns related to products, orders, returns, and account issues using Gorgias and Shopify
- Stay informed about product updates and support best practices to ensure consistent customer experiences
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A minimum of one year of experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
Work Setup:
- Your own computer or laptop (with an i5 processor or equivalent)
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
