Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team, handling order entry and customer inquiries via our Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Manage and resolve customer queries through multiple channels (primarily phone and help desk)

  • Maintain high standards of customer service

  • Document and track customer interactions

  • Provide clear and professional communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent English language skills (native or near-native proficiency)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in computer and help desk systems

  • Home-based work arrangement

  • Reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in order entry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Ability to work independently

Work Location

  • Home-based

  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)

  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
