We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating architectural projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate architectural projects, including planning, design, and execution
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination
  • Strong technical skills in CAD software, including ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
