ADU Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our team in the creation of innovative ADU designs. This role requires expertise in architectural design, site planning, and project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing conceptual floor plans, elevations, and renderings using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Modeling existing spaces from point cloud data
  • Collaborating with senior architects on concept development and technical drawings
  • Creating 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models for permit submittal
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all drawing sets

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and experience working independently in a remote environment.

The successful Architect will be responsible for leading projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment
