Senior MERN Developer Opportunity

This is a senior-level position for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who can lead the development of various projects using modern technologies and coding standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Decide on architecture and ensure adherence to modern coding standards.
  • Lead the development of various projects.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers using a buddy system.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in projects.
  • Participate in hands-on development and code reviews.
  • Suggest improvements for current and future project workflows.
  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with FE Frameworks such as AngularJS and/or ReactJS, beyond JQuery.
  • Backend experience with Node.js (websockets / RESTful API), with knowledge of GraphQL API a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with GitHub and GitHub Flow.
  • Full project lifecycle experience.
  • Understanding of MVC frameworks and architecture.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • At least 5 years of combined front-end and back-end development experience.
  • Strong grasp of programming conventions and modern coding standards.
  • DevOps experience with tools like Netlify, AWS/Linux, Heroku, and Firebase; AWS knowledge is a plus.
  • Desired Qualities:
  • Passion for technology.
  • Self-starter capable of developing web applications from specifications to delivery.
  • Portfolio of personal work or contributions to online communities (e.g., Stack Overflow, GitHub).
