Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for new and existing contracts, including amendments, PO updates, timesheet changes, and terminations, adhering to internal compliance requirements;
  • Verify onboarding documentation for candidates and contractors, uploading relevant information to the Profile database;
  • Upload contract documents and attachments into the Profile database, ensuring accurate records management;
  • Manage client, candidate, and placement details in Profile, guaranteeing up-to-date and accurate information;
  • Conduct police background checks and credit checks where necessary, as well as visa verification checks and work compliance oversight for all candidates;
  • Provide general administrative support related to contracts as needed.
