We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Manila. As part of the Deployment Service Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees on international deployments, including contractual documents, social insurance, health insurance, and other benefits linked to their contract and assignment.
About the Team- You will work closely with HR teams at headquarters and in the field to ensure consistency of service delivery in line with defined service level agreements and ICRC policies.
- You will collaborate with other departments to identify and address operational challenges and improve processes.
About You
- We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in HR or business administration, and prior experience working within an HR Administration/Contracts team.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, as well as a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and Policies is considered an advantage.
