
HR Administrator

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to management and line managers, focusing on day-to-day activities and HR operations. This entails maintaining a liaison with law enforcement agencies, composing administrative and HR letters and emails, ensuring the planning, recruitment, training, and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as handling disciplinary actions.
In addition to these tasks, the incumbent will be responsible for employee counseling and grievance handling, ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health, resolving administrative problems, and conducting regular checks on regional office rent, utility bills, and other expenses.
Requirements- Minimum 3/5 years' experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Proven experience in general HR, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, attendance and leave management, training and development, legal compliance, HRIS and database management, performance and career management.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office package, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the country for HR-related activities.
- Able to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on a 24-hour recall roster.
- Strong work ethic, smart, honest, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
MBA (Major HR/MIS) / LLB or any other discipline from a reputable university.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
