HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an HR operations coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating human resources activities, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The HR operations coordinator will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources administration, preferably in a healthcare or operations environment. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, working closely with senior management.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and diversity statistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources administration, preferably in a healthcare or operations environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
