Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including processing new hire paperwork, maintaining accurate employee records, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Process new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • HR Support: Provide exceptional support to employees, responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on HR processes and employee relations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize, influence, and inspire others.
