Language Training Coach Job

As a language training coach, you will play a key role in the professional development of language trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to foster their growth and development as educators.
  2. Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors.
  3. Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials.
  4. Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions or webinars.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring.
  • Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems, and other online training platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
